Dana McNeil from White Dwarf Productions here:
Currently lightwave will NOT export dxf out, but it will (I've never
actually tried this) read dxf files (ie import). This simply means that you
cant save the objects from modeler to be used on another graphics package, or
use Cross Dos to bring it over to something on the PC like AutoCad. This
really isn't a big deal, I've been using Lightwave for years, and I still
haven't ever needed to export an object out. (After all, why would you want to
use anything else? ) If your really in need of this ability you can by Pixel
3dPro for about $100 or some other program which I can't remember the name of,
to convert the file into DXF.
